Cannot recommend Pure Stone more highly. Having not done an extension before I asked a LOT of questions and they were so helpful sending samples really quickly even over lockdown. I have had regular communication with them and the delivery of the tiles for my kitchen, utility etc was great. No broken tiles all perfect and a lovely delivery driver. The tiles look really amazing and I trusted in Alexis when she said the sample didn’t do it justice, she was right. Now I am onto the bathroom and the outdoor tiles and as before I have more samples specific to what they knew I would like and lots of support. All of this at a very reasonable price too, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tiles now! Fantastic company and beautiful tiles.

Never open. Highly frustrating after driving many miles to find the information that is on the door misleading.
