Topps Tiles Norwich Hall Road

Went into the Norwich branch today and was served by Claire. She was most helpful and I was really impressed with her product knowledge. Thank you Topps Tiles we will be back.

Great customer service looking for suitable stone based ceramics for our Bearded Dragons enclosure. Staff member on Saturday did a great job showing us various options that met criteria of heat absorption and non porous. After fitting in our Bearded dragon was more than happy

The store manager Gren was really helpful and gave me an overview of the tiles available within my price range. Despite living in Dereham, Topps on Hall Rd, Norwich have become my go-to for tiles for their excellent service and product range.

Good selection and friendly staff! We went on a quiet Sunday afternoon, lots to browse from - staff were nearby to help but didn’t intrude.

After looking at various flooring options and never finding one we were really happy with, we had 3 strong possibilities within 15 minutes of visiting Topps. Reviewed the tiles on the website; worked out costs including fitting and were pleasantly surprised to find quality tiles were coming in marginally cheaper than other options.

The staff were very helpful in providing info on other materials l needed. The tiles had to be ordered, we were advised of the probable delivery date. I was impressed that we were called two days before the delivery date with an apology to say they would be a day late and received a call to say they were in. When we came to collect them, staff were exceptionally helpful and helped to load them

10 out of 10 to the Hall Road staff got customer service.

Visited Hall Road today. Staff could not have been more helpful, without being patronising to a DIY'er. Absolutely made my day. Will definitely go back for anything I need tile-related. Thank you to the staff for your help!
