Tile Giant

Thanks to Trevor, selecting the right tiles for our new kitchen was an absolute pleasure with his expert advice and guidance. We took his advice and the tiles add a very nice finish to our kitchen.
Getting to speak to experts in the trade face to face adds an extra positive element to the purchasing experience as we had another tile type in mind but Trevor took a look at our kitchen and made a suggestion that we would not have initallly discovered but was ultimately the better option.
Trevor and Mike make a really good team with their breath of knowledge and experience while giving everyone a  warm welcome to the store.
I would recommend them if only for their expertise and trade knowledge but do buy a few tiles as you leave the shop.

Mick & Trev give great advice. Even arranged to get tiles from another store. Found 3 tiles from stock to save me having to buy a full box. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

I would just like to say THANK YOU to Trevor and Mick at Tile Giant Erith for their patience, friendly advice and help with my tiles. I particularly found Trevor’s knowledge and advice invaluable as it saved me a lot of time. If you are looking for good service and stunning tiles (I chose the Brooklyn Lux range) I would recommend a visit to Tile Giant at Erith.

We are redoing our bathroom and kitchen. Trevor and Mick provided excellent customer service by steering me in the right direction. I managed to buy the perfect tiles for the bathroom and the lovely Somerset Ivory tiles (15x7.5) for the kitchen walls. I will no doubt by returning when we're redoing the small downstairs bathroom. .

Walked into Tile Giant Erith for a browse as we didn't really know what we wanted, we were approached by Mick who had so many great ideas and suggestions and helped us get the right tile we wanted. Not only was Mick a very funny and warm individual he made the experience a joy from start to finish, would highly recommend talking to Mick before looking anywhere else. We purchased two sets of tiles from here late last year. The service and assistance we received was exceptional in every respect. Despite the fact we entered the store late in the day, we were not rushed, and received an outstanding amount of support from Trevor. Later when we had to make a change, we were assisted by Mick, who was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Both these guys run a store the company should be proud of. Their work ethic and attitude is very customer-centric, and it is a pleasure to have shopped there. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

I have been back & forwards to the Erith branch a few times this week trying to decide which tiles I wanted. Each time I was served by a lovely member of staff named Tina. She was so helpful & very knowledgeable on the products when asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service. 👌🏽

I generally only leave reviews if i have had a bad experience, but I was so impressed with my visit to Tile Giant in Erith on Friday that i felt compelled to leave a review. I was very impressed with Tina and the service she gave me, she was very helpful, helped me load my car and even and even saved me a few quid, she is certainly not afraid of going the extra mile! Definitely a credit to Tile Giant. 5 Stars given. Hopefully a nice bonus for at Christmas time :)
