We experienced so many obstacles to make it happen but they didn’t give up on helping me and in the end I got the tiles I wanted in the first place delivered within the time frame I needed! Junior at old Kent road store was very professional and friendly. He ensured all my needs were met and advised well on the best tiles which will fit my walls. He advised me on options of tiles and went all out to ensure I was happy. Junior will definitely be a good store manager as he cares so much for the customers and will do anything to make his customers happy... I am very pleased to meet someone like him... I am very difficult to please and ask millions of question. However Junior was very patient with me and respected and answered every questions. He is very experienced and knows his job very well. The staff are very helpful. I was served by a charming you man called kai. Loaded my car for me which is rare occurrence these days. Topps tiles have everything I needed. Would highly recommend. KAI will go a long way due to his lovely manners. Topps you have a manager in the making if you are lucky enough to retain him !

The team in this store are friendly and helpful. I can't fault their customer service. I needed to return some excess tiles for a refund and had left it a couple of weeks. They recognised me by sight and had the orders up in seconds.

It was a rare privilege to be served by a professional, charming, talented young man, gifted with patience and confidence. Not knowing quite what I wanted, Kai Franklin was able to gently advise and make recommendations, and help with enthusiasm. It's clear he will go very far in any work scenario with his unique people's skill. The tiles look wonderful and I will continue to be forever grateful for his assistance and the positive shopping experience.
