Topps Tiles Raynes Park - SUPERSTORE

We ordered kitchen tiles online and received a phone call saying the tiles were actually discontinued. We spoke to our local branch (Raynes Park) who were amazing and said they'd source the remaining stock from various other stores around the UK and order them in for us.

Where most stores would roll their eyes and grumble, nothing was too much trouble for them. We went in various times and they were always friendly and smiling. They helped us load our car up when our tiles came in and couldn't have all been nicer. We left feeling like hugely valued customers, which is sadly something one doesn't often feel these days, especially when dealing with big stores. However, the Raynes Park crew were fantastic through and through. We'll definitely be returning when our next room is ready for renovation!

Excellent ! As a designer and property developer I have used Topps Tiles repeatedly and I am always happy with the result. They have a nice range for a very competitive price. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The tiles looks lovely and I recommend this company to anyone who wants to upgrade their bathroom.

Exceptional service by staff at Topps Tiles ( Robbie) who helped me work out tile requirements, advised me on choices , arranged delivery to suit my needs and rearranged it when I had to call back a few days later to push the delivery back. No fuss, no effort, everything was done with a smile.

I have paid for my order and was told it was being delivered on Monday (just gone).

Unfortunately half the order was sent to the delivery address and the other half of the order was sent to the billing address. I was told by Deepal in the mew Malden branch that he was sorry and would deliver them tomorrow (Tuesday just gone) unfortunately it didn’t happen.

I than had to call back and was told they were coming today. I asked for a time as I said I’m not in now (as this was arranged for a day I was in) They said they could call back with a 2 hour window it hasn’t happened!

I’ve now had enough and can’t get hold of anyone, I just want my goods or a full refund.

This was nearly a £9000 order and it's unbelievably poor customer service.

Extremely good service delivered by the Daniel today when we visited the shop. He gave lots of good advice and we felt that he was very sincere on teaching us the knowledge of how to tile. Have not started the D.I.Y project yet, but feel confident it will be a success because of his enthusiasm.

I went to refunded the tiles.

Great Service! Above & beyond call of duty! Very happy, tiles all delivered on time & it was a big order that needed stock moving from other stores, collating at Raynes Park and delivering in one drop. I was quoted 10 days & it was delivered on time, in full, very happy. Special thanks to Dipal & Alan, who kept me up to date, arranged for stock transfers & delivery on Saturday morning. Will be using again when I next need tiles. 5stars*****

Dipal was very helpful with the additional tiles needed as I had not purchased enough originally, he also found tiles to match some that were needed to make repairs to another part of the property. Great service.
