I wanted tiles that I couldn't get where I live, in Australia. These guys (specifically Matty), helped me get my dream tiles shipped to me in Perth. Matty always responded to my emails quickly and helped answer difficult customs questions. Overall, customer service superb and my tiles arrived without any damage. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I'd seen these comments before I ordered from them, fortunately I'm only going to be slightly out of pocket unlike a lot of these comments.
We ordered 27 tiles and received 26 we reported this and asked them to send out another, to which after some persuasion they did. This tile was not for the same batch but we were happy to live with this. This tile arrived damaged, chip to the corner, we informed them and asked them to send another as a replacement. They said that they couldn't send a replacement until we send a picture of the damage and return the tile. We sent a picture and explained that in order to return the tile it would cost more than the tile was worth. They insisted that it was returned as it had intrinsic value. I thought this came under a 'defect' (as a chip is a damage defect) in their T & C's therefore I would get the cost of delivery back but I was told I would not be refunded for any delivery charge, although their T&C's don't state what is done for damage. I offered to pay the cost of the tile as I was still saving money but they insisted that they need it back before they would send any replacement. We are now in a no win situation.

SO IN SUMMARY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR AFTER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR DELIVERY, EVEN IF IT'S THEIR FAULT (E.G NOT FULFILLING THE ORDER), YOU AS THE CUSTOMER WILL BE OUT OF POCKET!

Unfortunately I was miss sold tiles from this company. After spending weeks looking online, researching and paying for samples to be delivered. I was advised by the call handler several times that the tiles were from Italy so really good quality, however after purchasing a large quantity of tiles and after they were delivered to my horror on the box it indicate it was from China. I was lied to and mis-sold these products.
After calling back and speaking to a manager they were adamant it was still from Italy, even though it clearly stated it was from China.
By this time it was too late for me to purchase and look for new tiles due to my tight build schedule. The company were not sympathetic and would not offer me any form of discount or a good enough apology for all the lies I was given. There was no good will gesture and they didn’t even bother to call me back to apologise for their error.

Their employee scratched my car while loading tiles into boot. I been told that someone will phone back monday morning. This did not happen. Denying all liability. Terrible customer service!
Be aware of signing anything. They make you sign a paper stating that it is for the tiles but saying afterwards that this states that they deny any liability. You have to sign before you even get the tiles!

Ordered same tiles 2 years apart. The tiles are not remotely the same colour, or the same print. Increase in price for a seconds poor quality product.

Emailed for led times and price and was called back with a hard sell telling me I should order larger tiles! I know what size I want! Also the prices advertised are not including VAT.

Got some lovely tiles a couple of months ago. My kitchen looks a million dollars now.
