All I can say is Jay, Jay,Jay- was so pleased with the service here. I decided to DIY floor tiles (I have never tried it before) and Jay was helpful with suggestions on levelling the floor, which tiles to use, which adhesive and grout. Well pleased with the service. I would recommend and use again and again…

*Brixton Store* Amazing customer service and knowledge of products, Robert came across very friendly and nothing was too much an effort for him he would ring round stores sourcing products and when I was being indecisive he was very honest and knowledgeable of what would be best for my needs and budget,for this very reason i would rather spend more money doing business here as I truly felt I received excellent service, My bathroom is of very high standard and I will be sourcing Roberts opinions on Renovations to my kitchen next!!! Robert is a credit to himself and the business 10 stars!!!

Have been twice to this branch (to buy some tiles to redo a kitchen after a road pipe burst into our flat and flooded our kitchen) and had Julian help me both times. Felt compelled to leave a review as he was so so incredibly knowledgeable , professional and kind - a true asset to Tile Giant. I hope this review is passed on to his line manager and the HQ as he was truly outstanding. Thank you for all your help. Will recommend Tile Giant to everyone I know now!!

Friendly, helpful and very patient. I bought items for tiling the kitchen and returned unused items & got a refund without any fuss. Staff helped me pack and unload my car. This will be my first point of call for buying tiles. I was very impressed & I'm a real complainer. No complaints from me 😁

Just went to the Brixton branch. They have a really good selection and had exactly what I was looking for and way less expensive than other tile shops I visited in the area. Jason was knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. A very positive and successful experience

Under some time pressure to source tiles. Staff here were exceptionally helpful. Did everything possible to make sure order arrived successfully. Very good communication. In the course of this exercise we spoke to some other branches who were equally helpful. Good tiles as well
