APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Slow delivery, said they would deliver at a time which was confirmed three times, tiles never came, they did not answer phone or get back to me, they finally did saying they had forgotten to put them for delivery, missed next slot, ignored phone. Never doing business with them again.

All latest trendy tiles in their showroom & trained sales people who really know the product, happily helping out. On display anything from really large slabs (1×2 m!!!) of slim porcelain marble effect to really interesting mosaics etc. Def a destination for designer.

Couldn't rate this place higher! It's the best showroom in London with everything you need. Excellent customer service and will be going back again soon!

Great Showroom, a lot of choice, different range of prices, from natural stone to printed porcelain... I totally recommend it.

Fantastic experience thanks to Debbie Whittenbury , Jules Archard and the Domus team. I purchased a wooden floor for my home, as well as some tiles for a store room and shower room from them. They have a wide selection of beautiful tiles/floor finishes on display at the Battersea showroom and their stock is reasonably priced given they sell a high-end, high quality, product. Debbie was a pleasure to deal with - objective in her advice advice, always at hand to help, extremely organised and reliable, well-informed, and very courteous. Nothing was too much effort for her. We were provided with countless samples and their after-sales service in relation to threshold/grout enquiries was also very responsive. The floor and tiles have just been installed and look great. Called prior to visiting to confirm it was ok to pop down. Arrived and two other customers were being served by two sales assistant, so we looked around and waited. After not being acknowledged for 30 mins, and still not when a sales assistant became free, we gave up and left.

Heard they had some decent tiles, but couldn't even walk on the door to see them, they were blasting out so much toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic, obesogenic fragrance, to which 5% of the population are allergic, like me. Disgusting and severely dangerous. Avoid.
