The customer service is second to none. The whole team at Chester Tile Giant are so friendly, engaging and helpful. Ollie and James have been particularly helpful with my tiling project, offering advice, solutions and ideas. They have shown a lot of patience with my indecisiveness! I would not heistate to recommend them!

Tom was excellent and really helpful, gave us an honest opinion on some grout colours and helped us to find all the different types of light to help make a decision. He was very patient with us! We appreciate his help and would happily return to tile giant again.
