As a trader I cannot praise this store enough. Ryan and his team in Croydon really help me achieve my customers dreams. Always have materials in stock, help with designs and measurements. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ben and Ryan so very helpful and polite. Had an issue with an order at a different location. However Ben and Ryan not only ordered this item for me but followed up with a phone call to ensure I had everything I needed.

Also helped to advise me of items needed to complete my bathroom.

What a delightful duo working on site today. Normally I’m greeted with entitled disgruntled whippets who can’t even look you in the eye. Today was a pleasant surprise. Hang on to these two tile giant, this is the sort of front desk customer service payees like me like to see.

Very upset with customer services and products they sell, I've bought 4 boxes of 300 by 600 wall tiles and in fact 2 boxes came at 595, so basically ruined all my job. And the shop assistant said - its not his fault and he can do nothing.
What a waste of time and money with this shop!
My advise- go next door for better quality and service!

Brandon is always so helpful. He never fails to put 110% effort into everything he does. He makes everything run much smoother when he is involved- You know exactly what is happening if there are any issues as he will always update you with a phone call.

Amazing customer service from Brandon & Robert from start to finish. Initially had an issue with low stock and was informed to wait to ensure batch number was consistent to allow a better finish. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff made the whole process very easy. Thanks lads!
