Topps Tiles Colindale - Closing Down Soon

I've been buying from this store for years because the staff and service has always been exceptional, they know their stuff. Was recently served by Jake the assistant Manager, very nice chap, very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and clearly passionate about his job. Absolutely seamless, customer service at its best.

The staff are very helpful. Spent a long time in the store, never felt pressurised but decided to go elsewhere. I would definitely go back in the future.

Calum refused my refund, said there was a system issue. Funny how everytime I go to this store they have issues. Either upgrade the system or upgrade the staff.

There were two guys working there, and one of them took no notice of us. The guy who eventually served us did acknowledge us beforehand, and he told us how we could get samples of tiles. He was the Nubian guy with bleached hair, so he did a good job.

Excellent staff at this store. The team are very helpful.
