Mandarin Stone | Tile Showroom Fulham Road

We bought some tiles for our patio from Mandarin Stone and are delighted with them. Exactly as per brochure, the sample was excellent and our tradesman had no trouble laying them, grouting levelling etc.. The materials supplied and used were spot-on. Service immaculate, Nikki and her team should be congratulated on their service and attention to detail. We could not be happier.

These are images of a tile supplied vs Mandarin Stone's own CGI image, nor did the tiles match the sample which I paid for (this is the single tile in the picture). When pointing out this clear rather huge discrepancy to Mandarin Stone they washed their hands meaning they went in the bin! I honestly expected a refund and an apology but not to be. Mandarin Stone would love to be high end but the quality of tiles are no better than Tons of Tiles, Tile Giant or anywhere near that of Fired Earth while their service is quite frankly appalling. They do not deserve to provide their 'service' to other dupes. Avoid.

I stopped by at the Fulham showroom today and would like to point out the customer service in particular. The staff are incredible from their product knowledge right through to delivery.

The selection of samples provided were exactly what I was looking for, looking forward to renovating our bathroom and using their products. Recommended to us by family and friends.

What an amazing team at the Fulham Road Showroom! I had to order extra tiles of the Hoxton pink porcelain to finish off my kitchen and they were so efficient and helpful. Not only did they keep me updated on the delivery dates, they also invited me back down to the showroom to start discussing a few options for my bathroom project later this year... I think it's going to have to be the Violetta marble.

Echoing a few others' reviews, the sales person who served me is horrible.

Tl;Dr: go to the shop right opposite to this. The gentlemen there were miles better than those who work here.

The person who served me might be busy and hence didn't want to serve, if that's the case just hide in the office. He was arrogant, didn't listen to his customers, and didn't think before answering our questions. If you are after someone just to give you a few samples of the tiles then go there. Don't expect any customer service from them at all.

Mandarin Stone Fulham Road. Supplied beautiful large format tiles for bathroom refurb in my Putney flat. Gave great advice on using large format tiles - have made a compact bathroom feel very luxurious. Also extremely easy to deal with, reliable seamless ordering, delivered on time as promised and carefully. Couldn’t fault and will certainly use again. Product and delivery highly complimented by my tiler - that’s not always the case and makes me listen!
