Great advices and service from the Topps Tile Hampstead team. TT has a good range of products (for all budgets), I found what i was looking for. Refund of unused stones was also easy and quick. It was a pleasant surprise after a completely different experience with Fired Earth Hampstead, everything was complicated there, particularly getting refund of returned stones.

Very disappointing service. Was told I could return unused tiles, but when I tried to I was told that as I'd left it 65 days that they would only return them if they had been bought 60 days ago. Nobody mentioned this caveat when I bought the tiles. "It was on your receipt". Yeah thanks, but it would have been helpful to not be expected to have to read the fine pri, especially When you're told one thing from th staff. Then told "Try another branch, they may take them back." So I phone the Camden branch and have to explain everything twice over, and the manager says he won't take them back without Hampstead agreeing to do the refund, which I had to then explain they wouldn't do. Then he got very excited and started talking over me. So that was a waste of time and shows how poorly the staff understand their company policy. Really poor customer service all round really and I will never use Topps tiles again.
