Went in this morning not knowing what I wanted but had to have the tiles for this weekend - had excellent service by Adam who was helpful and extremely patient, managing to smile the whole way through the process when I am sure I must have been a very exasperating customer! 10 out of 10 !! Have used Topps Tiles before and would use again. Thank you.

Shocking customer service, a promised delivery that didn't arrive, was then told our items would be ready in store a few days later but it wasn't there when we went to collect, when we did get to collect our tiles there was damage on all of them, not boxed and nobody really cared. Won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

We have been into the Gloucester Store on a number of occasions, each time had Fantastic service from Holly she was helpful, nothing to big or to small extremely pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. We purchased all our tiles from Topps Tiles and would recommend them as a company especially Holly from the Gloucester store
