I often use this store for buying the tiling materials i need for the kitchen and bathrooms i install. The staff are always helpful and happy to help the customers that we recommend to them. Brilliant service.

Me and my Mum dealt with Michelle who was really helpful, we received samples before purchasing and she was very supportive with helping us choose the right style for our new build kitchen & conservatory.

Have been using this shop for the past five years, since we moved into our new house. Since moving in we have pretty much renovated our whole house with the help of tile giant. One of the reasons we return is great products and the outstanding customer service every time we go in there. Staff are always smiling and greet every customer as they walk in, creating a nice atmosphere when shopping. We last popped in yesterday and Michelle as always gave us great advice on the product we needed and with a smile. I think a lot of shops really lack customer service and good knowledge of products and this is where tile giant in West Wickham is above the rest...keep up the good work guys! And I’m sure we will see you soon for more tiles and adhesive, as we still haven’t finished our beautiful extension, but great excuse to pop in.

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When we wanted help and advice they were there, when we didn't we had space and time to talk. We were about to make a huge mistake choosing a tile that apparently doesn't look quite the same on every time but lucky staff put a stop to that. We have a small baby and it had been quite difficult converting our loft, luckily choosing tiles was pain free and good value. Thank you tile giant.

Went in twice with my mum and received a really friendly service from Michelle and the team. The store had flexible policies on tiles samples, storing our order until we're ready for it, and returning leftover tiles. Also made us feel safe with hand sanitiser, surface wipes and social distancing. Would recommend!

Placed several large orders from tiles to mosaics and trims and adhesives for my bathroom and kitchen renovation and Michelle has been present at every step to help and sort out the orders, exchnages, returns you name it. She has been a real pleasure to deal with and is always extremely helpful whenever I had any questions or queries. Reliable and superb customer service. Thank you Michelle.

The staff in this branch have been brilliant from helping me figure out which samples to get, then being really flexible when I ordered the tiles I needed and had to collect them from store but was running a few minutes late past closing. Then when the job was done they were really great with us once again when we had to workout what to do with an open box that was full of unused tiles. I can't recommend them enough. If we need tiles for further jobs we will definitely come here again. Friendly and helpful customer service and they aren't afraid to go that extra mile!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble they even took samples outside so I could check the colour in natural light and helped me select a look for two bathrooms. I fully recommend this branch for the range of stock but mainly because of the helpful staff Michelle and Jordan.
