I'd say the customer service in store is really good and I got some good advice. However, when I ordered there was no mention of a home delivery charge and I was promised that I would be called when my order came in. I wasn't called and when I chased up my order they told me I would be charged £30 if I wanted home delivery. I need home delivery as I am unable to lift all of the tiles out of my boot. So, if you go in store then it makes sense to me get the advice and then order what you want online because it's free delivery over £200 and I spent more than £500. Plus you can track your order instead of relying on someone to call you.

Amazing customer service and help by assistant manager Liam. If you go there he is your man. We went there to buy a lot of tiles for a new property and he was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He made our experience very pleasant. Best member of staff there so go to him! He should be promoted.

Wonderful customer service from Reece and the manager. We bought tiles for our bathroom and kitchen and visited the store multiple times, Reece has been super helpful each time. Highly recommend this friendly store!

Terrible service. Tiles not delivered in time, when delivered was the wrong order. Store never called us and advice was poor. Never use this company. Staff so unprofessional.

Been here a fair few times recently and their customer service is brilliant. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. Much preferred than getting tiles from a big DIY store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed to pick up 5 boxes of tiles but had to wait an hour till a relative arrived to help me take them home. Was allowed to stay in the store where the Assistant took time to give me some tips on tiling as I was a newbie and helped me take the tiles outside. Excellent customer service.
