Very pleasant and helpful hassle free service from the get go!

Even pleasant when dealing with Refunds.

Have dealt with Ebad when I initially brought my tiles.

Manager Maria and Assistant Manager Will were very helpful too.

The staff at this store are really helpful, especially Becky. She showed me how to use the visualiser on the Topps tiles website, which was really helpful. She also patiently answered any questions I had, she had good product knowledge and I never felt rushed or made to feel my custom was not important despite budget constraints, unlike other tile stores. They have a good selection of tiles on display, it’s easy to navigate and parking is right next door. Due to the good experience we had of this store we have made a purchase and will continue to make purchases in the future as our project develops. Thanks to all staff at the store.

If there was a zero I give you that. Went into store to have a look at wall tiles as I was decorating my kitchen. Took a photo of one design I liked . A week later I get a parking ticket. I appealed this and waited several weeks to get a decision. They rejected my appeal. I am absolutely appalled by this, I had sent the relevant evidence to support this that I was a customer but it seems to me that if you're not buying then your not a customer! Is it a crime to even browse? Looks like CCTV only accept customers with products in the hands! I shall be appealing to IAS as suggested. Never going back there!

I wish I could give zero stars but there is no option for it.

I went to the shop in Newbury Park (ilford) to buy the patio tiles. I selected the tiles and as told that the quanity I needed was not immediately available so the store would have to place an order and it would be directly delivered to my home.

The first time I visited the store I was told that delivery cost won't be a problem as it was over £500. now this is where the problems started

1. I made an order of approximately £1,600 and to my surprise, I was charged £150 for the delivery which was supposed to be free.

2. I was assured that if i made a payment early morning (which I did at 09AM), the tiles will be delivered before 12PM mid day.

3. I was told that delivery will be next Tuesday 29-SEP-20. At that point of time, I had confirmed the availability of my builder for the Tuesday to work. The delivery never arrived all day. I called the store and was told that they had no idea why was it not delivered. upon asking for manager i was told that he was not there so i should either come to store on Thursday (when he will be back) or call and he will take the complain and so there was nothing much that could be done about it. When the next day, when i asked the driver of the delivery, i was told that he picked the tiles from London Greenwhich Depot (Not from Leister for which I was charged £150).

4. my builder came around 11AM and waited till 01:30 afternoon. As there was no delivery. I had to pay for his time without even anything getting done. The next day, he came in and left again around 10:30 as once again, the delivery did not arrive when he left.

5. I called the customer services the next morning, instead of taking the complaint, i was transferred to the store once again. I spoke to the same guy and he said, "Thats not good. I shall call you back in 30 minutes for the status." But he never called back. In the afternoon, I received a call saying that delivery is shceduled and I should be receiving it.

6. I am on zero hour contract and if I take a day off, I do not get paid. So i wasted two days without work waiting for the delivery for which i was charged whoping £150. He assured me about the delivery compensation, but I have not heared anything as yet.

The work could not be started as the builder took another job in the mean time. I am stuck in the middle. my Garden area is a mess. I do not know, if the tiles are good or anything broken as the delivery is still packed.

To conclue, I Paid £150 Extra for delivery, Paid the builder for doing nothing but waiting, missed my two days work (mind you - without pay) and is left in mess till now. Please go to some other store.

PS: The guy who served me is named "Ahmed".

In this store workers are very rude. No helpful. I asked one of the sales assistant about one product which was I couldn’t find, he said look around if not it runout. No one in the store at that time only me was there. He didn’t bother about me or selling product to customer. He was playing games with his phone. What type of employee he is?He doesn’t know the important of customers. He is passing the time in tops tiles& getting money. Tops tiles loosing customers and sales because of this unprofessional staff. I think he employed by influence of somebody who work in this store. I never go again to this store. If there is 0 star I will give 0 star to this store.Go to the B&Q where all tiles and other products are very cheap & high quality.B&Q is less than 100 yards from this store .

This store look like ghost town, no customers at all. Topps tiles wasting money in this store. If any one go to shop there the employees comment on them and laughing within themselves. They thing customers are comedians. They never greeting the customers. They always talking and joking. If anybody want to buy tiles or accessories, there are lots of stores surrounding this area with reasonable price. Very cheaper than this store. I blame the staffs and manager for the loss of this store.I hate this store . It will be close very soon.

Dreadful service, nobody to meet and greet customers. Only two workers in the store, one was tied up with a customer whilst the other went off and there was no help available. Get more staff in an and learn how to greet customers at the door, first impressions always make a difference.

Really helpful staff...parking in car park not an issue...as long as you are really intending to go in the store even if it is to browse ! I just explained in store I had parked in the car park. I think there is more to the complaints posted than perhaps meets the eye...brilliant service.
