Rang today and spoke to Peter - owner: answered with no problem to everything I asked - I wanted to create a victorian path up to my front door: 'no problem'; I need advice on how many tiles across: 'no problem' and want to create a tiled 'rug' for just inside the doorway: 'no problem. I want the order by tomorrow - 'no problem; come in before 12 today and we'll sort it.
Now that's the kind of service only an independent will give you. Bloody marvellous. Worth every penny. Spent half an hour discussing project, tiles ordered, left with a huge smile on my face. Hassle free, easy, perfect service in every way. Congratulations to County Tile Warehouse.
I've been here before about 8 years ago - nothing has changed - still the same wonderful team grafting to give the customer the best service. Love it!!

Lovely tiles, a wide selection, but what really makes this place is the staff. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a rough idea what we wanted with a budget to work with and the lady listened to us and showed us everything within our range and even offered design tips and ideas ideas. Wonderful experience, don't go anywhere else

Very helpful staff! I only needed a small quantity of tile adhesive and grout, but the staff I spoke to were super helpful. I have purchased tiles in the past and I'm still pleased with them. A great cup of coffee too!

Very helpful , the staff will go above and beyond to help , work out the footage you need , give you quotes ect.
I did find they had a limited range at the moment , they said something about changing owners ( or suppliers can't quite remember what /who )
Still a good place to visit , tiles for all price ranges and again brilliant customer service .

I've read some past reviews but our experience has been excellent. Somehow we over-ordered on wall tiles for the kitchen, we took the wall area measurements with us when we bought in October. We had to wait for our tiler who came this week. Straightaway, he said we had far too many boxes of tiles for the job. We called County Tiles and spoke to Dave, who was excellent, we returned all the complete boxes for a refund with no 'handling charges'. Thank you Dave, very happy.

Great shop with a lot of tiles to choose from. David was very friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. Would not hesitate to come back again

Spent over £18720 with this company, told us they would rebuy any unused tiles and refund us. Have used them for years however now they refuse to take back the tiles, we have kept them informed through the build the delays and always been told no problem. We had a small number of tiles to be taken back after first phase of build and were refunded. However now they refuse to take back the next batch of tiles several hundred pounds worth of porcelain. Incredibly short-sighted business practice, previously they delivered tiles to us for £50, since new ownership they have tried to charge £420+ VAT, we are 4 miles away from shop. New owners clearly fail to understand the relationship between reputation, behaviours and repeat business. Short term thinking, long-term loss. Regarding your response, as we discussed verbally that you would honour returns when we bought them as we had spent so much with you and the volume was sufficient to resell your word is clearly not worth much. Previously you had honoured a smaller return under exactly the same terms. You pick and choose how to apply them and in this case saw the opportunity to exploit a long held customer. Never again. Customer relationships matter and since being taken over you have proven to be inconsistent in your dealings with very little thought to future business relationships.

I have been completely ripped off by this place and their pricing. I purchased 20kg bags of tile adhesive at about £15 on one day and then I was charged nearly £25 for the same product just a few days later (I was in a rush at the end of a floor being laid). You can buy a similar product considerably cheaper elsewhere, lesson learned! Never going there again, Buyer beware...
