Good customer service. The ladies in the sales team are very helpful and provide good advice. The delivery team are very good and friendly too.

I really cannot recommend this company enough. A lady called Abi dealt with my order. Very polite, friendly and helpful. My tiles arrived super fast and well packaged. Great customer service and great prices too. Lovely tiles my hallway looks amazing!! Very Happy customer :-)

Never tiled before and wandered into Fylde Tiles on Saturday. Abby was great, we had the craic and she told me what i needed. They had an excellent selection of tiles in the clearance section all at a great price. Boxed it off and they took the extra back that i didn't need. 100% recommend anyone who needs tiles to go here. Far better than B&Q!!!

Great service, just a shame the tiles wet lined the best we're out of stock but the lady tried her best to find us an alternative. Will return in a few weeks to see what's new.
