Mandarin Stone | Tile Showroom Exeter

Mandarin stone and their staff have been excellent.We have used them a few times over the years and our last time was no different to previous. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and are happy to do that extra bit.
We ordered some large format tiles, which look great by the way, and when they arrived a couple had been damaged in transit. This was rectified immediately by the Exeter store with no hassle and replacements were delivered within days. That is customer service.......

I’ve been using various stone suppliers over the years and Mandarin Stone is by far the best.
Their staff are knowledgeable and nothing seems to be too much effort.
I’ve recently had dealings with Nikki Lansley-Dines and I have to say, her service and cooperation has been outstanding on a recent project. She’s an absolute credit to the company without doubt.

Luc Maslin, the branch manager, has been on the ball from the start in challenging times. From the initial phone call to the stone being deivered to site he has been faultless. Cannot recommend these guys enough! 5*

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Exeter Mandarin Stone. As a contractor we deal with a lot of suppliers with varying degrees of customer service, Luc, Rickey and Danny show them how it should be done. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are quick, responsive and friendly. The Mandarin Stone products are good quality and delivery is quick, what's not to like.

Excellent friendly service from the team at Exeter- thanks to Luc and Rickey for handling all my queries quickly and professionally. I had decided upon Pod pink for the flooring and just needed to decide upon which green wall tiles would work with my ideas. I was shown a variety of tiles after explaining my vision and given lots of helpful information regarding using a herringbone pattern with the subway tiles. Absolutely delighted with the result- beautiful, high quality tiles delivered exactly on time with no breakages.

The Mandarin showroom in Exeter is excellent. Great range of products all shown very smartly. The staff were brilliant. Luc helped us with everything, made it all easy and simple and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
