This review isn't in reference to the tiles I ordered which were OK. This is in reference to their delivery service which was awful! Josef delivered my items and was extremely rude, aggressive and intimidating. All I asked was if it was possible if he could bring my order into my porch instead of leaving it on the road (which I think is a normal and not offensive request) which seemed to somehow set him off shouting so loudly that the builders from five doors down felt compelled to come and see what was going on. When I reported this to walls and floors they failed to act on this and simply brushed off my complaint like it was nothing- even though I told him that their driver had left me feeling so scared that I was shaking. I told the driver that I was a lone woman but this did not seem to stop him, and walls and floors did not treat this as a serious issue.
I do not think this company is worth ordering from simply because their delivery service is very very bad and they obviously employ really unprofessional people.

Brilliant local tile shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of tiles. Recommended for both trade and retail.

Never found out how good they were because delivery failed twice due to "the driver ran out of time". They couldn't resolve it so I cancelled the order.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, a great tile and tile fitting accessories selection. Competitively priced with beautiful tiles from around the world. A small family business which has grown from its humble roots to a power house in tile supply. Highly recommend.

Lovely service and found some matching heritage tiles. Everything I needed was all in the one place.

Good. Just popped in to pick up a sample tile though.
