I was served by Keely who was very helpful and very friendly. She gave me very good advise and helped me look for what I needed. She was extremely helpful to advise the correct type of adhesive and gave a good recommendation on the grout to use also. Would definitely shop here again.

Visited today and was served by Andy. Very helpful and polite, friendly service. Extremely happy would highly recommend.

Fantastic gentleman on the counter this morning who was very professional and helped my brother and I with choosing some bathroom tiles for our rental. Also gave us a contact who could help with fitting.

The manager at tile giant was so helpful and was generous in providing our school with enough tiles for our project. As a tradesman, I regularly use lots of different builders merchants and can honestly say that the service i receive at Tile Giant is exceptional. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. They have excellent knowledge of the products on offer within the shop and are incredibly helpful to my own customers. Overall, they have gone above and beyond to help my business wherever possible and I couldn't ask for a better supplier of quality products.
