Dropped in on the off chance they could help as I had no appointment but found Adam was more than happy to help and find out what my wheel problem was. This was fixed straight away for a very reasonable price, with great customer service, can’t recommend highly enough.

Normally good service for turnpike tyres but not today, turned up with a wheel that needed a new tyre, the lady said that no one is able to do it at the moment as no staff were their, left my name and number she said as soon as they get in they would be on it, I turned up 40 mins later to find the lady half asleep on the sofa and when I asked about my tyre nothing had been done and then they checked saying that they don’t have the tyre and I would need to wait till the afternoon. Why couldn’t you tell me that you had no stock of the tyre when I left it as?No apology from staff, bad customer service, up your game turnpike tyres

Good service as usual. But buyers beware , you pay more if you just turn up. I wasn't told at the time but I could have saved £12 per tyre by ordering online. Hopefully will remember this next time.

only had a small tyre issue, man extremely helpful polite and willing, took about 10 minutes to sort out the issues, made no charge. fantastic place, gave a donation anyway.

Really very good. They were very patient with me as I had a hectic day and didn’t get to pickup my car when I said I would. The new tyres were done very quickly and professionally, great if you’re in a rush. I’ve used them for years and continue to use them even after moving to Waterlooville.

Excellent service, replacement of 4 tyres took approximately 30 mins. (F1 speed😂). Friendly staff. Amazing prices, far cheaper than other similar tyre fitters. Will definitely be using them again 👍

Alex and Adam could not have been more helpful when we needed a tyre repair on our campervan. Adam fixed it professionally and efficiently for an extremely good price. We did not need to make an appointment. Excellent customer service from a family run business. Would highly recommend them!
