I had my MOT done at the Cheltenham branch, the team stayed on to finish my car way beyond the closing time as I needed it immediately. I Had a slight issues a few weeks later and they quickly resolved it for me once again, really appreciate the speedy and friendly service. Thank you!

Awful service. Booked an MOT test over a week in advance of expiry and earliest appointment was day of expiry. No problem you'd think and paid in advance. Except the garage phoned on the day to say they couldn't carry out to test and left me completely in the lurch. Also protyre continue to advertise same day MOT's on their website. You don't stand a chance so they should not advertise this

Excellent service. All staff super friendly, no long faces. Nothing too much trouble.

As a female driver and someone who knows very little when it comes to cars, I personally find going to the garage a bit daunting. That said, the team at Bathwick (especially Nathan!) always take the time to explain what's going on when I go in with an issue and provide THE best service in Cheltenham without fail. They go above and beyond to make sure you're leaving them with a road-safe vehicle and I 100% recommend them.

not exactly speedy fit by any means, I had 10.30 appointment car went in at 11.10, not that impressed.

I have taken my car here a few times and I can’t rate it highly enough. Kieron on the front desk is always very helpful and the team are always willing to go that extra mile. They are also very honest and reliable. I took my car in thinking it needed a certain repair doing to it and they said it did not need this repair. Long term they will keep me as a customer because I’ve built trust and have received excellent customer service. I changed my tires here, had a MOT and diagnostic tests and I feel I’ve received the best service. Thank You.

Avoid. Tried here after disappointment with their Gloucester branch. No better. Fitted a tyre wrong way around and then did not rebalance it after attempting to rectify their mistake
