Shaun and his brilliant team have outshone themselves yet again. Absolutely fantastic service down to Shaun leading by example and his Boys doing their absolute best for a great manager. The Wife and I cannot fault them and hope they enjoyed the dognuts for being such great and honest Guys. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Try them and you'll see what I mean 👍

Sean was exemplary. I’d unfortunately got a nail in a tyre and needed it changing before travelling back to the Midlands. Sean said he would get it done ASAP and explained the wait time (it was a Sunday after all) and kept me informed throughout the process. Many thanks!

Special mention to reception, sorry I didn’t get his name; if only the world was made up of more people like him it would be a much happier place - especially when he’s having to pass on the bad news (the cost of repairs😧).
Overall, very good service and quality.

My partner got quoted £185 for a tyre that we then got for £120 elsewhere. £65 difference for exactly the same tyre and fitted. Glad we went elsewhere as we got excellent and genuine service rather than being ripped off. Very poor. Shall not use again.

Booked online for a prearranged booking for a tyre repair. Quoted a good price, the shop was busy but I was served straightway and the repair was completed in very quick time. James was professional and knowledgeable advising me on the damage to the existing tyre and my choice of replacement. I will definitely return again, despite being busy the repair was completed very quickly.

Absolute five star service this morning. Phoned for a replacement tyre following a puncture a couple of days ago Tyre was due in next week (after Christmas).
Got a phone call this morning (Christmas Eve) to say the tyre was in, and it was fitted at 10 o'clock.
Great staff and really efficient service.

I sent this text to National Tyers a week ago no response, so I thought I should post it here.

I had two rear tires fitted to a car that I had just bought a week and a half ago, after fitting, when I drove it down the motorway at high speed I realise there was quite a lot of wheel wobble and vibration through the seats. So today I got the front tires balanced thinking this was the issue. National Tyers had had nothing to do with the front tires and I assumed that the problem would be with them.But this did not fix the problem, I returned to the place I got the fronts balance and they asked where did I have the rears fitted, when I said Taunton National Tyers. The immediate response was their tire balancing machine hasn’t been working properly for awhile, we’ve had eight people over the last two weeks in to get theres balanced properly!
Rear offside 55grams out Rear near side 80 grams.. also I’m £26 out of pocket

Up date: called the fitters in Taunton again this time the chap said that the balancer had been now calibrated. Great!

Update. Just got a refund via Halfords ( owners of National Tyers) for the re balance of the rear Tyers . Thank you
