Kwik Fit - Fareham - West Street

I popped in to see if I could get oil for my car. The staff checked my oil level and topped up at no charge (small amount needed). I didn't even have to take the kids out the car. So friendly and reassuring. I was fully expecting to pay and even happy to top up myself. These guys went above and beyond! It's been a tough few weeks so this gesture meant more than they'll know.

After being let down by “Formula One” I was more than pleased with the service received from Kwik fit Fareham.
The manager went over and above to secure my business by searching for a product, which others didn’t bother to do.

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I’m not local to this area but I contacted this branch of Kwik fit yesterday whilst working nearby and desperate for tyres for my van - They had the exact tyres I required in stock, at a good price and available to fit straight away unlike anywhere else. The staff were very friendly both on the phone and in Branch, very busy but still find time to talk to you & make you feel welcome - well done guys 🏆 highly recommend using this branch 👍🏼

Customer service was excellent came for a new tyre but discussed an issue with the brakes, although it was late in the day and they where really busy, they made time to get it sorted for me so it was safe to drive, highly recommend! Thanks again!

I had a slow puncture and was due to drive to and from Oxford the following day. I had rung around to 4 other Kwik fits and explained this to the gentleman who answered the phone. It was clear that they too were super busy. He took pity on me and squeezed me in. They were really quick and did a couple of checks on the rest of the wheels to make sure it was ready for the long drive the next day. Really helpful and professional!! Thank you

Phoned in a panic as a very flat back left tyre and needed to get home with my son. The other kwik fit in Sarisbury green couldn’t help . Brad meanwhile at Fareham said he would get me home at all costs . They patched up my tyre at 5pm and we got home. New tyre fitted the next day. What a great team at this branch. Thank you Brad and chaps.

Booked in an appointment to change a coil spring. Was told it would take 3 hrs. After walking round for 2 1/2 hrs I returned to find they had only removed two bolts. I questioned this and they said they were waiting for a ramp and were understaffed. Reluctantly I said I would wait for the one side to be done and heard repeated hammering to see my cars swing arm being hit with a lump hammer after being told that the arm travel wouldn't let it go that far structurally so now I stuck with a damaged car, wasted day off work and dangerous car still. Understaffed and undertrained. Should have taken people's advice to stay clear.

What can I say apart from great service and a happy to help staff... We arrived without an appointment after getting a puncture... Spoke to one of the mechanics who said he would speak to the manager to try and fit us in as they were very busy ... A very smiley bearded man (forgot his name think it was chad) came out to great us and said he would be happy to help if we did not mind a little wait. After a coffee and 40 mins wait we were back on the road...
