Fix Auto Coalville

Poor quality repair on my car, even after given opportunity to rectify. Issues contested by the shop manager, but my appeal was won after the involvement of an independent assessor. Avoid for insurance work.

Worst standard of Auto repair I’ve ever seen from a so called established group of professionals. I’d be embarrassed to call it repaired and the subsequent dealings with insurance and ongoing moisture ingress is enough to make you sick. Literally. Don’t let them touch it!

Rang Fixauto for a quote when someone hit my car that has a unique colour. Two places already declined to quote, Fixauto quoted on the sameday, booked in with 4 days returned to me in 3 days in immaculate condition and the bill was exactly as estimated. Both Barbara and Carl were great. Will definitely use again.

Fix Auto recently did a repair for me, both Carl and Julia were very professional and the repair was perfect, I would definitely recommend this company

Really friendly and helpful garage. Checked out an issue with my wife’s car after a repair and solved it super quick!

Several inconveniences like they managed to hit the asphalt with the exhaust when picking the car from me, they were quick to comunicate the uneconomical to repair status of the car/accident but not equally quick in returning the excess (which the insurance company was quite surprised they took). I have kept the car and will fix it myself, unfortunately I have picked up the car in a worst state then sent to them. I have emailed them with the pictures on May 31 and I haven't received any response.

I will avoid them in the future.

Fantastic service. Julia was brilliant at keeping me updated. The gentleman that collected my car and dropped it back was really polite and professional. The car repair itself was amazing 5* service all round.

Went above and beyond to do the repair, the car was returned looking as good as new and at a very reasonable price.

Would wholeheartedly recommend using them.
