ATS Euromaster St. Albans Retail

Service is average. They sometimes do not stock up the tyres offered on their website so offer an alternative which may not suit your research/preference though its still suitable for the car. Not very flexible when it comes to going a little out of the way to tell if anything else is wrong in the car even if you offer to get back to them for a fix. Apart from such drawbacks they usually provide a good and prompt service as booked with them.

My booking was taken on time and my car was sorted to my satisfaction. Not only that but the technician came out and explained what was done and that if after a while the alignment settled and my steering was of centre just to pop in and that he would do the necessary adjustments. All covid procedures were followed to the letter. So I'm a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone

Had tyre puncture change booked in and couldn’t fault the experience. Great customer service, all staff super friendly/helpful and working extra hard respecting health/safety measures during the current climate!

Not quite what I would expect from a garage like this. Staff was not too polite, no information given on how long the job was going to take (approx), no invoice after the job was done. Im glad that my aircon is now blowing cold air, this is the only indication that the work has been done. Not recommending the place. Will never go back there.

After paying for 4 new tyres they called me and told they don't have the tyres in stock. Now I have to wait for a refund so I can order somewhere else

Very glum looking staff with not a lot of "customer service"
Today I spent over £650 on 4 new tyres with 4 wheel alignment via black circles and it was like I was kind of interrupting their day.
I have used ATS in Welwyn Garden City in the past and they were amazing, very friendly so I was hopeful the St Albans branch would be just as good. 2 hours and 20mins to complete this booked, is that normal ?
