Tyreland - Team Protyre

After unfortunately getting a puncture at work, the team kindly ordered and fitted a tyre within hours. Friendly service and super helpful, still very grateful they helped me as quick as they did.

Always a good service from the team. Went in for a new tire due to a slow puncture, they managed to fix the puncture and save me money when they could have easily just replaced the tire. Very trustworthy and helpful during these difficult times.

The manager at this place (with glasses- Paul?) is absolutely dedicated to the highest levels of customer service. On top of Protyre's reasonable prices this business is always our no1 choice for tyres and increasingly other standard car matters like MOTs, brakes etc. Highly recommend.

I visited TYRELAND,Salisbury on the 27 Jan @ 4:30pm on the off chance they might fix a puncture I had. I walked in the reception to ask and spoke to 1 gentleman (who said come back in Sat as they are busy) behind the counter who was rudely interrupted by the man gentlemen next to him who was in the phone(not only having a go at his colleague over what he said to me and then telling me not to come in on Sat because that’s what everyone else does like you). Wow very rude indeed. The two men in the waiting area gave me a raised eyebrow over how I was spoken too.
I don’t expect to be spoken to like this and will never have a good word or recommend this branch.
Management need to do some front of house staff training.
