went in on the basis of reviews when my exhaust fell apart! they were great, removed the back box so safe to drive and then ordered part, next morning part had arrived, fitted and had left within the hour! great quick service, checked the rest of exhaust and didn't find 'extra' work that needed to be done! reasonable prices too and will definitely be using garage again.

Really nice place. Owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed the big dent and scratch of my BMW with a much better price than anywhere else. I always went there for MOT, servicing, repair, etc for both of my cars. No headache, good customer service

Took our car into Jay cars for some repair work to the rear bumper. Spoke to the owner who gave me a price on the spot, asked for a weeks notice to book in which I did. So so easy to deal with, friendly and professional. The price was the cheapest I found and the workmanship is spot on. I literally cannot tell where the old dents and scratches were.

I collected my car today after bodywork repair as the result of some self-inflicted damage. I couldn't have been more pleased; the repair was absolutely superb and is completely undetectable. And the car was returned having evidently been valeted. A thoroughly good recommendation which I shall pass onto others.

Car had a faulty ignition coil and the car was misfiring. Stressful. Took it down to Jay Cars and turns out the alternator belt was close to breaking aswell. Tensioner was all bent and need replacing too. Dropped my car of at 11am and was driving back home by 4:30pm the SAME day. Car runs smoothly now AND it didn’t cost me as much as i expected. These guys are my new go-to garage

Had my timing belt changed yesterday by Kevin, he did an amazing job. Hes a highly skill mechanics and made sure everything was perfect, and nothing was to much trouble. He even gave it a test drive to make sure it was running OK.
I highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done to their car.
