Third time we have used this place, they are great. We had a blow out and they fitted us in with 30 mins until close, so polite and efficient. Shout out to Connor who was great and friendly and speedy, a great credit to your company.

Very happy with the service, didn't have to wait too long for the car to be looked at. I had a suspected tyre puncture but after their investigations the rim was cracked so advise me to go to weilding shop. Really honest people, definitely recommend..

Google review doesn’t do the service I received Justice. From start to finish these guys were very professional and handled my car with the upmost respect. I had a bad experience with another tyre fitting company and tyre pros put my mind at rest.

Absolutely delighted with the customer service from Dan the manager and the team at STS Tyre Pros Sutton branch. Very happy with choice of tyres the team checked my tracking and checked l had a serviceable spare. I enjoyed a good discount and had my tyres insured. Thank you.

I’ve used this tyre shop since I moved to the area over 10 years ago.

Brought my classic car in for another set of new tyres and was seen promptly and politely.

First time I’ve dealt with this workshop manager, but as always this branch showed utmost respect for my car. He assessed the car sills to ensure their lift wouldn’t damage my car and used manual breaker bars rather than impact gun routinely used on modern cars as they are aware that old alloy wheels are fragile. They checked online for VW wheel torque specs and used a manual torque wrench.

They also noticed one of my exhaust rubbers was broken whilst under the car and replaced it at no cost as a goodwill gesture.

Clearly these guys know their job and was nice to have a little chat about classic cars!

Brilliant service and cheaper than Costco, National, Halfords and Quik Fit for the same service.

Thanks guys! 5***** as always!

I wanted to do a wheel alignment and they gave me a price of £ 45. and when they put the car on the stand they told me that the suspension had to be adjusted and so on. and they told me they wanted more money for £ 35. what they had to do for the price we agreed with £ 45. But I understand how the cars are repaired and I did not agree with the overpayment they put on me and I refused their service. the service I used to go to is 8 miles from me and I wanted to get closer but I came across some guys deceptive non-professionals. and when they put the car on the stand, they got into the car with their dirty clothes, which is very ugly. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Very happy with the service received. Booked in when I got there and didn't have to wait too long for the car to be looked at. I had a suspected tyre puncture. After their investigations the cause of the tyre losing air was not a puncture, but a faulty tyre valve. They replaced the valve free of charge so left the shop very happy. I have used them before and have always found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable too.
