National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

Been going here for years, overall great job and service which I have also experienced the same with Hertford and Borehamwood branches. Honest people who suggest you change wear and tear parts based on your driving rather than their profit margins. Definitely recommend them.

I had bought a tyre online and booked for first thing on a Saturday. However, the place only opened 10 minutes later and chaging one tyre took an hour and a half! It was extremely frustrating experience. The manager was apologetic but what should have taken less than 30 minutes... There were only two guys working and it was clear that they were short staffed. Apart from the wait, it was a professional service and am happy with the result.

WARNING: If you book tyre changes online (with Halfords) then the time booked is the DROP-OFF time, not when the work will be done. I had to come back a few hours later to collect my car after the work was done. I wish I'd known that before hand. Hence the 4 stars.

If anyone wants to get ripped of their pockets please visit them, despite the fact your car tyres are good, they will say you need new tyres just for boosting their tyre sale, They failed my mot because I disagree with faults they mentioned in my tyres, went to garrett motors they straight away clear it with same tyres, next day tfl approved phv license with same tyres…In short they mot staff failed without proper knowledge, customer service front desk have poor customer service, they didn’t remove even seat cover from my seat, 1st and last time, save your money Mot users!!

Great service for supply and fit by mobile service.Were the cheapest on price and free fit and balance on my run flat tyres.Mobile service was preferred and the operator came just in the time slot allocated .Tyre operator was friendly and helpful and dud the job in good time and also torqued wheels to factory settings.Nice company to deal with.Will order next time I require car tyres.

Nice staff. Had to wait around 1 hour which is not bad, no issues with my on-line purchase, all details of my Passat were correct. People complaint about wait 1 hour? Those people should visit other shops... I t is not easy change and work with tyres all day long. They do their best and they ate not robots, but people. Will use again. Thank you.

Went their to get wheel alignment I asked for the report as I needed it for my wheel alignment they said sorry that’s not possible we need to go back to history and we can’t do that so the main point of me going there I needed the report so I send money for nothing

I went there today with the car, I left it for repairs, I had money in it, when I took the car I saw that the money was gone.
those there who take care of repairs, steal money!
I don't recommend going there, be careful!!!!!!!
