National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

I needed a tyre replace for all 4 wheels. I found a company National tyres and Autocare. Easy reservation online + pay. I came early and that was ok they took me 30 mins early, finished in 45min, I would like to thanks to you guys and mainly Dave. Great service I recommend to anyone.

Dropped off my van for a service at 8:30. Explained I needed it back for 15:30. Refused to answer the phone all day. Answered at 16:30 said I could collect it tomorrow. £160 for a hotel. Came to collect my van at 08:15 the next day to find it blo ked in by another customers car with no keys to move it.

The best in the business. The team in Ealing work really hard to deliver exceptional service to their customers. Completely reliable and trustworthy team that aim to deliver value and expertise every time. Special shout out to Matt for going above and beyond to find me a part on eBay and saving me £100s of pounds at the car dealership service centre. I have been a customer for 8 years with two different cars and always in safe hands.

I came to the garage because of an issue with the rear suspension on my car. The issue was identified quickly and I was very happy with the necessary repair work which was also carried out quickly even though they were clearly very busy. Service throughout was professional. The car then easily passed its MOT the next week. I would use this garage again.

Visited National Tyres at 92-96 St Mary’s Road W5 today and wanted to thank Jair for his excellent Customer Service! My pre booked tyres had not been delivered on time but Jair went all out to get my tyres re ordered for same day delivery and instead of me getting annoyed, I was impressed with his ‘I can get this resolved for you’ motivation. I even overheard his helpfulness to a lady customer in front of me, explaining tyre quality and the options for easier payment plans. Top marks from me for being so customer focused! Cheers.

I got my tyres changed a few months ago at this garage and they said that my car would fail an MOT because of the rear shock absorbers. They said they could fix it that day and gave me a quote for £800 to do this. But the quote said nothing about the shock absorbers and just mentioned replacing the brake pads.

I then went to get an MOT recently at another garage and it passed with flying colours. I think this garage is just trying its luck with taking advantage of customers that don't understand cars very well. Very disappointing service and giving mechanics a bad name. I wouldn't trust this garage.

The best service ever. I’ve been in the Ealing branch few days ago to replace my tyres. Mo, the guy that was there is been si professional and with a quick problem solving, ordering some tyres with next day delivery and fitting them within 40 minutes on the day of the delivery. I would recommend him and National Tyres to friends and family. Very satisfied.

Friendly service, but if you book online first you will save £20+ per tyre.

Unfortunately I was tight on time so paid way too much, could have gotten the same 4 tyres for £86 less if I could have waited.
