Seriously poor service , took car in fir blowing exhaust, advised needed full system, agreed price and day of work , dropped car at 0730 , arrived at 1415 car on ramp told wrong system delivered, told replacement arriving 1430 , had to get picked up at 1600!
Call at 1730 still not done, another wrong system ....really ??
Called next day told car taken to next door garage as they didn't know what to do ! Absolutely shocking, no apology, no discount, no chance of me returning, needs serious work on customer service

Went there today.for a tyre on my van ! They said had one instock! Took my van away put on a ramp ! I waited for over a hour ! Then they came bk to me and said they don't have one instock ! (In the man time I had to cancel a job in Westhill. ) I then went to mid devon tyres in sowton and they done my tyre in ten minutes! Thanks to mid devon!

Staff are not exactly friendly or happy to help. I was told something about my car that they apparently " had an obligation" to tell me. This may have solved a very expensive, reoccurring issue however i have been here on 3 previous occasions and not been given that information... despite having the same car present every time!

I have used this company on two or three occasions and I cannot praise them enough. I would highly recommend them. The guys go the extra mile and they are a credit to the company - thank you….Dolly

Fantastic speedy service at a competitive price. I've visited three times over the last month for puncture repairs and tyres and the experience has been consistently good. Thank you 👍

Telephoned on a Saturday morning and asked if they were able to check the pressure in my tyres. The manager told me to bring it in straight away and when I arrived they checked them within 5 mins and found that I had a puncture which they duly repaired immediately. Excellent service and would recommend using these people, very helpful.

Life savers, awesome service, trashed tyre in pot hole on route to our holiday. they we’re our 11th phone call & the only ones keen and able to help. We were in the middle of nowhere, dusk, hammering with rain, no spare tyre (coupe) DAN VASEY had to come and find us, take our wheel to Honiton, fit new tyre, come back to us in the dark and rain and fit our new one. This was done with such a great attitude and speed, we are so grateful!! Fantastic service in our hour if need. THANK YOU!!

Came in yesterday with an exploded tyre halfway on a 4 hour journey. Went to the wrong location and got told to wait an hour and a half whilst another job got done. But after waiting 20 minutes the guy came out and told us to come in as it wasn't fair on us to be waiting. Got the tyre replaced quickly and everyone was great. Couldn't be more grateful as my dad had a stroke earlier this year and his mobility isn't great so we were basically stuck. I don't think I caught the guys name but whoever was on the front desk yesterday, thank you
