Absolutely appalling service.

Booked my car in last week for an air-con recharge. I booked this for a 12.00 slot, so I could take the car during my lunch break. When I dropped the car off at 11.50, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour.

Returning a full hour later, i was initially met with absolutely no staff. There was instead a customer wandering around the workshop shouting "hello?" Trying to find someone.

When a staff member was finally located, I was asked to take a seat and "it shouldn't take too much longer". It was at this point I saw a mechanic then start to operate the machine to recharge the Aircon.

This was about 13.05 by this point (I had a meeting at 13.00 I had needed to return for), so enquired how much longer it would be expected to take. I was then told 45-50 minutes.

Clearly, despite my booking the car specifically for a 12.00 slot, it is apparent the staff ignored it until I came in to collect the vehicle an hour later. This begs the question, what is the point of booking in the first place, if no-one cares about time slots?!

This place is absolute horrendous. Firstly the manager Jordan is rude and disrespectful. Booked my vehicle for 4 tyres. Turned up on time and told it would be 2 hours before they could see to my vehicle. Told me to come the next morning at 9 am on a Sunday. The vehicle was on the ramp, two of the tyres were taken off only to be told the tyres aren’t here. Was then told by Jordan that I should be thankful as he could turn me away if he wanted to. Terrible service. Haven’t compensated me in any way yet. 2 hours of me driving back and fourth from Aylesbury. Do not recommend coming here. And as for Jordan, he needs to be replaced, branch is appalling. Seems like I’m not the only one after reading all of the reviews.

The garage is a joke. They changed my brakes and disks and they didn’t screw my wheels properly I nearly got killed. My front wheel on driver side had only 3 screws as I lost one as it wasn’t crewed properly and wheel was so loose, guy at another garage was like you are so lucky to be a live and how you were driving like this? and other wheel on passenger side was getting loose as well. I cannot believe it and I was about to go on motorway. Lucky i stopped at petrol station and noise was there and I went to other garage to check. Could have cost me and my son a life. Won’t recommend the garage and I won’t step my foot in it.

I am disgusted. Took my car in for a service and was quoted almost £1,000. I took my car to another place and they said the advisories were "absolutely nonsense". Had a second opinion check the car fully over and completely dismissed what this place had said. Absolutely shocking! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolutely awful service.
Booked it in for 4 new tyres on a Wednesday and was cancelled till Saturday. Apon getting the car back 3 tyre valves were changed an 1 not.
We had nice metal dust caps on all wheels returned with only 2 and 1 without a cap completely. All 4 wheels now need repainting as scuffed and chipped all the paint off.
Service was appalling and staff very rude.
Safe to say we won't go back there. AVOID

DO NOT DO NOT DOOOO NOT use this company! They need to be shut down! I actually do not know how this company are still going and people are entrusting them with their cars, they aren’t a reliable company. Been to them once they told me to go and come back the following day although my car had been booked in. Returned next day and it took them 8 hours to put on one tyre. Over a year later, my Auntie kindly booked me in to help me out, the car needed a wheel alignment and a couple of others things and the car was booked in for 9am. They called us at 2pm to say the mechanic had called in sick??!!! What nonsense is this. Look at mine and the other views, avoid!

Had a tyre losing pressure recently. Took car to F1, they checked it over and redone the beading which was the issue, and luckily no new tyre needed. Completed this and didn't charge a penny. Great service, and have been using a number of years for tyres. Great service from Mark!

Awful!
Booked MOT via bookmygarage. On arrival staff had received details but NOT booked in! Said too busy!
They admitted fault and rebooked two weeks later and offered discount as apology.
Arrive two weeks later…. No record of booking (or discount). Staff member had been sacked.
Able to fit in a booking but refused to honour price even though eventually found details and my previous ignored appointments.
Head office equally useless. Customer care line operative kept over-talking complaint and said to write in as unable to make any decisions over phone!
DO NOT USE F1 Aylesbury

UPDATE-
Last week I had a call from F1 regional manager in relation to above. He listened, apologised and let me know that plans are in place to support existing staff and ensure previous experiences are not repeated.

Great believer in giving second chances and any business that follows up justified bad reviews should be given respect for that as so few do.

Thankfully no vehicle issues at present, but I will give second chance. (
