These guys are great. They have helped me out several times and the work is always honestly assessed and solid, plus great value. They do their best to fit you in at short notice and always very helpful. This last time fitting a new rear section of my exhaust in very quick time. Thanks guys!

I came in to book a different job & Toby kindly had a look at my car that I'd mentioned wasn't driving well and found the Turbo Boost Lines weren't connected so he fixed it straight away when I'd asked several other mechanics already but nobody could help.

These guys did a great job sorting out a serious rust issue with my VW van and spraying it to be fully protected. Quality work and turned it around quickly, would definitely recommend 👍🏼

AVOID - there is a reason they have MOT'S available..These guys are scammers especially if you are a woman. Expect to pay a substantial "female charge". They were charging £145 for a "special part", the exact same shock absorber that was available online for £38. Then they tried to charge £90 for an hours labour when the job only took 10 mins, they said the minimum they can charge is for half an hour £45.

They are owned by Good Year and I can't believe that they would allow such discrimination against women to happen in one of their franchise garages.

I had to get a last minute MOT done on my classic car at HiQ Henley last summer.

It escalated into some major welding work to get it through the MOT, but Toby was more than happy to take on the welding work and some other bits to get it through the MOT.

Excellent communication throughout from the manager David and the rest of the team at HiQ Henley.

Very overpriced. Charging for a belt 25 pounds when in shop 5 pounds. 90 pounds per hour labour. Just a joke.

There are reasons why this feedback has so many 1 STARs overall. 2 days before my MOT expiration, they called in and they told me they need to cancel. During this COVID time, they didn't even try to arrange MOT with any other HiQ branch or any other garages for a help. Apparently, it wasn't there fault. It is laughable when garage cancels MOT appointment for whatever reasons, it is their fault. All I expected was for them to show some effort in trying to help customer to re-arrange or find any other garage for MOT. Absolutely disgusting management and workshop mgt. Poor service and quality even before we got to technical part. Very poorly managed and organised. Very disappointed. I will never consider to go any HiQ from now on. I Cannot recommend this to any one. I feel sorry for Castrol for their name being next to HiQ.
