Kwik Fit - Weybridge

Fab team of lads who welcomed me and knew what appointment I was there for.
Quickly sorted out my alignment and two new tyres in 45 minutes.

Wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Had my front tyre changed today at Kwik fit Oatlands and they were brilliant. Had it changed and I was away in 10 mins. Will definitely be going back again. No more waiting around for ages like at other places.

Everything went as it should. The staff were friendly, confident assured me that things were on time, and ready to go. We were given a time to return and come back. We arrived back at the stated time, the car was being aired. Once the yard was clear we could leave and be on our way.

My whole experience, from initial phone call, to drop off and collection was excellent. The phone was answered quickly and I was able to book a slot within the hour. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with my tyre within about half an hour. Price was good. I could even pop to Power's down the road for a coffee while I waited! Highly recommended.

I always have an excellent level of service when I visit the Weybridge branch.
Last month I noticed a problem with one of my tyres the night before a holiday. I took my car to the Weybridge branch first thing, and the team helped me immediately, even though I didn't have an appointment. They found and fixed the problem for me, very efficiently. I was so relieved I didn't miss my ferry booking!
Would recommend to anyone local.

The staff are so helpful, professional and polite. They are all about fostering loyalty, so you find yourself never wanting to go anywhere else for tyre related issues.

These guys are local legends. Yes, they may work for a larger organisation - but local fellas doing a hard graft and going above and beyond where they can. I'll be going back there whenever needed. Wheel balancing today, who knows what in the future. 🙏
