Users beware... recently took ex police vehicle for MOT and despise having just had pre check carried out they failed the vehicle. Took it to 2 other establishments for 2nd opinions and both commented on how good a condition it was in and passed MOT without advisories. Staff also very curt and almost arrogant. Beware of being ripped off...

Got my car fixed and back on the road within a couple of days of it breaking down. The turnaround and quality of the repair could not be faulted. A good local garage that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Helpful as usual. Got a coffee. Speedily fitted 2 new tyres, lost a alive cap.

Normally go to Greaves but have moved so swapping garages . I finished a night shift at RPH arrived at 8.30 left before 10 excellent. Good quality service and staff so friendly. Would recommend you and will be back

I am trying to make this short but I am so angry it might be long. Twice I have taken my car to HQ with a catalytic converter light both times I was sent away suggesting that the car was OK to drive. Results car broke down, not on motorway which to be honest could have killed me, but on a back road. I went to HQ next day no help with recovery. I sorted that myself waiting to hear about the car. No phone call, when I rang I was told that the car had been damaged beyond they were willing to repair. No help with trying to find someone who could repair it. I have been a loyal customer, but have I feel been treated very badly.

Phoned them up to see if they could have a look at my car in the next couple of days as the oil light kept flashing up on my dashboard (despite the oil level being fine), they said they could and just to bring it in in the afternoon. Did that and they fixed it the next morning for only £40.50 (there was a leak, they replaced a part). Really happy with the quick service and great value, highly recommended

I have used HIQ Halton three times recently for tyres and a repair. I have to say I have been super pleased with their quality, helpfulness, courtesy and value for money. For years I have driven miles to get my cars looked after by a VW main dealer, but no longer when I can access such good service on my doorstep.
