Been there twice now, brilliant service, customer care... Always in and out, genuinely couldn't ask for more from the lads at Jon's Tyres.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 1.5 hrs to watch others jump the queue - ignorant and rude staff who are more interested in smoking and joking about than customer service. Needless to say, we took our money elsewhere. Recommend ATI round the corner!

I mean they do the job. But they’re so slow and all of them stand about messing around or vaping, like it’s a business ? They used to be a fast and friendly service, now I’d say they’re slow and aren’t approachable.

It turned out I had a nail in my tyre and because of where it went through it couldn't be repaired unfortunately. Everything was explained to me and I was given choices as to how to proceed but at no point did I feel patronised or taken for an idiot - which unfortunately happens a lot when you're a woman on your own, at some garages. Nothing like that here; speedy service, friendly staff, decent prices. Thank you!

I used to come here when it was a very small place but it's got much bigger now. A testament to how well they are doing. I stopped using Jon's tyres when I got a mobility car but as I recall how great their place is I have recommended here. Sometimes word of mouth is just as effective in getting business as it is on here.

Always do an amazing job. They fixed my tyres no problem when a main dealer wanted me to have 2 new tyres. 👍🏻 Thank you once again, always a great and speedy experience.

Quick, friendly, good price, just what I needed. Just turn up and they'll sort it out.

Good prices compared to other places but my gosh are they slow. Lots of hanging around and chatting. Staff are always polite.
