Steve booked my car in for 2pm and on the day was told it should of been here for 930am. I gave Steve my details, so i don't see why he couldn't of contacted me if he wanted to see my car sooner, which wouldn't of been a problem. As you can imagine my car never got looked at that day. Im Very disappointed with the way i was lied too, as ive only heard good reviews regarding the garage.

Had a puncture with drill bit stuck in tyre. Arrived as they opened. Staff all amazing and really helpful. managed to repair and only charged just over 20 quid. Amazing, friendly and trustworthy service.

From my initial phone call enquiry to driving away from the garage I was treated promptly, respectfully and courteously. My daughter had picked up a nail and screw in her tyre and HiQ sorted it all out without requiring a new tyre.

Today was my turn for Adams' help with a screw in a rear tyre. I pulled onto the forecourt and was immediately greeted, and my problem identified and resolved.
This garage has been a good find with excellent customer service.
