Dosthill Tyres

Took my car here after getting a puncture. Tyre was cheap and changed quickly, however I noticed straight after that my alloy had deep scratches on it. When I pointed it out I was told 'that could of been there before' at which point I produced a picture I had taken before (luckily I'd sent to my mom saying I was going to be late) and there was no damage.
I was then told 'what do you want me to do about it.' I explained I don't expect to come in with a damaged tyre to leave with an even bigger bill of fixing a broken alloy. I would like it fixed without being left out of pocket.
I was then told to leave my number and a manager would call me back.
That hasn't happened. And when I've tried to call, there has been no answer.
Not very good at all.

Had a problem with a tyre i bought from this company, was informed by another tyre company it was meant for a Mercedes not my car , spoke to the guy who fitted it and he agreed to take the tyre back (he would sell on as a part worn) and refund me if i produced the receipt for the old tyre they sold me and the new one as they were still unable to supply the OEM tyre for my car, tyre price was £150, however the owner called me and informed me that i was not getting a refund end off , he conceded that his employee should have informed me about the specification of the tyre before fitting, i said i wanted to carry on with the agreement we had reached before his intervention, he very quickly became extremely verbally abusive swearing and being very threatening i said i would be leaving a review of my experience to which he replied "don't threaten me " . Soon after this i bid him good day and terminated the call, i subsequently received 2 more calls from him the abuse was less the second time and he was cordial the third i pointed this out to him, having sought some advice from a professional company they informed me that the tyre was not necessarily dangerous , just not the OEM specification for my car which personally i think is somewhat important as i travel with my 2 young children, so my advice would be to go to a professional company a company that values it's customer's and treats them as valued customers does not swear and verbally abuse them.
