TW Tyres Rugby - Team Protyre

Car was booked in for 2 tyres at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 as instructed only to be told my appointment had moved and was now at 11am, but would probably be later. They had my phone number and email but hadn't informed me. Due to work commitments there was no way I could hang around for over an hour so I cancelled the appointment. To make things worse, I'd paid in advance but didn't receive my refund for 10 days and that was after I chased it up. Terrible customer service and I won't be recommending or returning again.

Order placed online was cancelled on booking date, poor servcie, money frozen till return. hopefully other people can affort to freeze over £300 but this really impacted my budget.

Booked in today to have a tyre fitted, arrived for appointment and waited for over an hour and half for work to be carried out. Received vehicle back and check tyre/ alloy was all good. Then found out They had fitted a lower spec tyre and wrong speed rating. The staff clearly were aware this was the wrong tyre, had to then wait 30 mins for the correct tyre to be fitted. Got it back with Alloy covered in glue but with correct tyre matching the invoice. Not impressed

Don't not ever use this company rude and not helpful at all,Darryl block hanged up the phone when I asked him to look at his email because he was too busy. I was not rude to him, all I want was the refund and he was unprofessional in this situation.

Even a couple of men down, they had 2 tyres and balancing etc done well within my time slot

Waited two hours with a friend, 11.30 appointment for 2 tyres to be fitted left at 1.30. Absolute joke.
