X-Spurt Tyres

Had a slow puncture and I rocked up at X-Spurt to see if they could fit me in & straight away they had a look and repaired it within 10 mins. I expected to pay for a whole new tyre but no just £17.00 to repair it. Amazing service as always. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my tyres.

I have used X-Spurt Tyres for many years, but won't be in the future. I have just come back from having 2 new tyres fitted to my car, which I have no issue with. Where I do have an issue, is I had 2 tyres fitted by them, on the rear, around 2020. One of the tyres has been going soft after a month or 2, virtually since having them fitted, and I mentioned it. They took the wheel off and found there was a tiny leak which they said is due to corrosion on the rim. They cleaned up the rim and refitted the tyre. When it came to paying they charged me £17.00 for cleaning the rim. Now, bearing in mind they fitted the tyre, I espected them to not charge or a small charge. I pointed out that I had used them for years and said I won't be using them again, but it 'cut no ice'. The 'governor' just said 'that's your choice'. Odd way to run a business and odd attitude towards a disgruntled regular customer. I will be voting with my feet!
