Avoid this place , I'll never go back again rip off paid for wheel alignment after paying over £1000 for tires..Car didn't feel right after I picked it up so I took it to another place for my peace of mind ,only to find tracking was way off and had to pay again to get it lined properly..Meant to be the best in Exeter...They aren't !!

Called up to get a cost to change a valve on my space saver tyre and the chimp said £30.00 plus vat I replied saying "I felt that was a lot" he then laughed like a Hyena.
I then called save on Tyres they were all very professional and charged £10.00 including vat. Did the job with a smile and no laughing

Wont use again . I changed my track rod end and ba joint took it to them to align the front since then the front drivers wheel skips on tight turns . Went back got told alignment won't cause this and we explained we watched the lad turned off the machine but carried on fiddling for 10 minutes with spanners . Getting all the excuses that it's not them it's my car . The car was perfect before . I feel ripped of by another garage. I've paid my own garage to check all the joints and checked the parts are right . So going to kwikfit

Appalling customer service with a real 'computer says no' attitude from the very start. One of my Goodyear tyres deflated three months after Protyre Exeter fitted it. Protyre refused to even look at the tyre when the problem was reported as they said it hadn't occurred within 24 hours. The tyre was ordered through Asda Tyres, who processed a warranty claim and asked me to drop it off back at Protyre for collection by Goodyear. When this was attempted, the branch manager initially insisted he was unable to even accept the tyre for collection because he hadn't been informed of the issue by Asda Tyres. The branch manager claimed he had no way of contacting Asda Tyres, either by phone, email.or any other means, even though Protyre is an approved fitter. It was only after a lengthy debate that the branch manager reluctantly accepted the tyre for collection after refusing to allow his staff to even examine it. Both Protyre Exeter and Asda Tyres have been incredibly difficult to deal with and would rather blame each other than solve the problem.

Always a good service here , Toby and the team are always helpful , nice to have such a reliable garage on my doorstep , the guys are quite happy to tell you exactly what needs doing and/or if it’s worth doing , I really appreciate an honest opinion and not someone who’s stuck to a script

Great service for motorcycle tyres very freindly staff😀🙂🙂😀 the first time five stars. the second time when I had a puncture rude staff took five days to get my tyre fixed very poor never go back again felt an under valued cusomer zero stars😰😰😰😰😰😰😰
