Dominic is an absolute G 🤣 Made the normal tedious wait experience at a garage go very quickly just from such a friendly environment from the get go. Felt very professional and open spaced, lots of seating (always a bonus on a busy day).

Wanted to try and get my temperamental AC sorted before the long weekend but wasn't sure about it's gas/what it needed/if it was working, and I was able to bring it straight down. Had the problem/best fix explained to me without feeling silly, definitely worth the visit if you're unsure about your AC.

Took my car to this garage for the first time for its MOT. Booked on the Friday got an appointment on the Monday. Unfortunately, I had been feeling unwell throughout the day and was unable to pick my vehicle up. The guy on the telephone kindly organised someone to drop my car back home free of charge. Fantastic customer service, very much appreciated.

Well what can i say about this so called proffesional company,had my tyres checked beginning of june prior to going to the airport for my holidays the fitter said no problems all ok,while i was there i booked a MOT and Silver service for 6 weeks later. I arrived at 11.45am for my apointment at midday and was told it would take about 3-4 hours ,no problem off i went, At 2.45 i received a phone call saying my car had failed the MOT one tyre had a split in it and the other three were perished, I found this was very strange as i had only done about 350 miles since being checked,i was then told 1 tyre need to be changed to pass the MOT but the other 3 would have to be replaced very soon i said replace all 4 which he agreed to and then he said he would have no time to do the service.I returned to pick my car up about 3.45 pm and was told it still is not ready the tester is doing another car after another wait i was told it was ready.So it took nearly 4 Hours to do a MOT and replace 4 tyres at a cost of £280 and still no service and no offer of another date i feel i have been conned in buying tyres when i was told the were ok in my opinion i think i have been misled and this company should not be allowed to trade if they are using such tactics i have e-mailed a copy of this review to trading standards i feel the general public should be protected from companies who operate like this.

Only ever been to this garage since I’ve been driving and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly and helpful. Always giving great advice. For someone that doesn’t have a clue about cars, they really help me out with everything I need to know. 100% recommend

They broke my driver side window mechanism, wound the window right down so it fell in the door and then gave it back to me hoping I wouldn’t notice. Seriously… I had to go home and take the door apart just to get to the glass out so I could tape it up that night.

The fact is I didn’t even complain because they are so incompetent and can’t fix anything unless it’s a puncture. Absolutely abysmal service, these 5star reviews much be fake or paid and that’s all I’m going to say.

Thank you so much to the lovely Stewart who just before leaving off work for the evening was kind enough to check over my tyre pressures for me! I had planned a straightforward food shopping trip to Beccles with my newborn baby however en route a tyre alert flashed up on my car.

Tesco Beccles showed one of my tyres to be only 22PSI, and when I tried to add more air an error message appeared! I panicked that I had a puncture and immediately popped into Wheels & Tyres round the corner. Stewart was so friendly and he immediately looked over my tyres for me. He confirmed there was absolutely no puncture, the machine clearly hadn’t been calibrated recently as the tyre wasn’t that low of a pressure, and he increased all pressures to the correct levels for me. I can’t thank you enough for his kindness and reassurance in what felt like a very stressful first trip out with the baby!

Very helpful, pleased with the efficient service. Great to book my service snd MOT on line and tyres too.
