ATS Euromaster Newport

Excellent Service from ATS Euromaster Newport. They fitted two front tyres while I waited a few months ago and more recently sorted out the tracking after new suspension had been fitted. Friendly, helpful staff, everything done on time and as arranged. Can't praise them enough. Thank you ATS Euromaster :-)

Meant to be going down to get my new tyres done then refused to fit them on the ones I ordered, then the next breath it’s the wrong size, definitely not going back put me right off

booked in for service and mot. did the service first and gave advanced warning of issues before the mot was done.
friendly and honest service and no hidden charges.

Failed my car on its mot due to the headlight bulb was a bit loose wanted to charge me £20 to sort it. Took me 30 Seconds to click it back into place myself and then had to wait till the following day to have the mot retested. There was no other issues with the car, no advisories so surely some common sense and decency they could have just popped the bulb back into place and passed it.

Not good enough! Booked an appointment for my wife's car online for 0930, she arrived at 0920. Car not put on ramps until 0955, then 40min to change two tyres. What's going on? Only 3 months ago you earned a 5* review from me.

Wanted to book a MOT for my car online you have to pay £29.99 up front then pick a slot. As I wanted to.make sure I had the slot I wanted I phone the local centre, Newport. Booked the slot I wanted.
Turned up on appointed day, 3.20pm ,ten mins before time.
I was told appointment running late by 15mins.
Car was taken in to workshop at 4.10 pm. MOT completed by 4,55pm
When I went to pay, for the pass, I was asked for £45, When I queried this and said it quoted £29.99 on line. I was told they have deal online and I would have to take it up with head office.
Poor time keeping and customer service.

Got booked in for new sets of tyres on newly purchased alloys which were bought exactly for my car, and got refused to even test fit on tyre on new alloys despite knowing they would fit without any issue or spacers needed. Spent 5 mins raising and lowering car and large amounts of time trying to explain how the new increased alloy size wouldn't fit on the car and making judgements without any further testing or 'trying'. Made a simple job complicated and causing unecessary inconvience to a customer.
