Oxford Walking Tours

This is the best way to explore Oxford. We got an extra day in our trip and decided to go to Oxford. On our way we contacted the tour company and they offered us a private tour since we didn’t had a lot of time with us to explore and they couldn’t fit us in one of their existing tour time. Anyway, we were party of 6 and it made sense for our to do the private tour. Our tour guide was Andrew, who made the entire experience fun and interesting. He met us at the Oxford train station. We had great time at Oxford.

Jamie, our tour guide, was excellent. A great coverage of the colleges and the history. The tours begin around 2 pm.

I loved this tour, it was easy to book directly before the tour started. So no need to stress just show up, pay and enjoy. Before the tour I spent an hour wondering alone thinking I would enjoy it didn’t work 😅 so I went back booked the tour and met really nice people.

Tour covered certain parts of the university and those sections tour was fairly informative.
Tour is definitely useful to know Oxford, without which this trip won't be that enjoyable.

I reqlly enjoyed walking with our guide (I think he's called Richard) - it was very informative and entertainig getting to know the City with hem, 11/10 - totally recommend going on a tour with him!!

I would 100% recommend this walking tour of the city. I was lucky enough to be walked around by Andrew, a passionate and incredibly knowledgable tour guide whose enthusiasm made for an excellent experience.

The tour lasts for about 1h45 and we were shown all the main landmarks within a 1 mile radius.

Really recommend this tour! Our guide Jonathan was brilliant! Very knowledgeable, extremely passionate and made the tour as interactive as possible. Reluctant to give 4 stars instead of 5, only because there was no entry to some locations which are advertised online. However, it did not take away from the quality of our tour and guide.
