When I first emailed The Ski Company in early 2020, I never imagined it would be to organise a break for Christmas 2021. But what can I say – it was worth the wait!
Phil and Lyndsey have been fabulous throughout multiple back and forths offering us many great options that met some difficult criteria including a strict budget and two dogs. In addition to this they were extremely patient and adaptable as we navigated the changing travel restrictions and had to postpone our booking.
Regarding the changing travel restrictions, they were extremely reassuring and informative along the way, providing us with all of the necessary forms and requirements for the trip. When we arrived in resort we were extremely impressed with the size and quality of the apartment despite having already seen many pictures and a floorplan – it met our requirements perfectly!
Thank you to the team and I highly recommend the both thorough yet personal touch offered by both Lyndsey and Phil.
