Phoned up to enquire if seats were available for a day trip, the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful and informed me there was still space so took my details over phone and got confirmation sent out to me via post to confirm my booking

They do not deal with complaints, I have not had the courtesy of a response, despite a couple of emails. Doubt I will ever use them again.

Great holiday to Sidmouth. Brilliant hotel (Bedford) and loved it's position on the sea front being close to all the shops and cafes. Taxi pickups are great and take all the hassle out of getting to your coach.
Definitely be booking for next year.
