Alhamdulilah this February was our first time going to umrah so we were unsure of a few things but Mohammed Hussain from bilal hajj and umrah tours guided us every step of the way, even when we got to the airport at 5am he was awake to check on us and make sure we were okay.
Such a helpful, professional service who truly make Umrah the best experience. All in all, alhamdulilah it such a smooth journey and definitely will be going with them again for our next trip to umrah in sha Allah. Booked with Bilal tours for the first time for umrah and everything went so smoothly from the start till the end Alhamdulillah. Easily contactable and hotels were good as well within a 5 minutes distance from both makkah and madina shareef. Made sure everything was ok. Transfers were very well organised as well!
